Whole Egg Powder is made from fresh hen eggs and it is a fully dehydrated eggs. They are made using spray drying in the same way that powdered milk is made.  After braking of the eggs the liquid wole egg is pasteurized, homogenized and spray dried. The whole egg powder does not contain any other additives.
